A mid-19th century religious building outside the Gothic Revival tradition. We assisted the church with a Preservation Plan funded by Morris County and were retained to design a major structural repair in 2013 when cracks and deflection were discovered in the large scissor trusses supporting the roof.

We were retained as consultants for a major restoration project at the tower and concession building. The project, which involved extensive stone conservation and construction of a new staircase, was completed in 2013 with funding from Green Acres.

We worked with the board to place the house on the State and National Registers,
prepared a Preservation Plan, and designed the first upgrades to the first floor
to allow re-use as an education center.

We were retained to do a Preservation Plan for the house in 2011-12, and made recommendations for its restoration as a house museum.
